Hi guys, I'm genuinely curious, where would you love to live (on earth), if you had the chance to live anywhere, no visa restrictions. I'll start by saying, where I used to live "Jasper National Park, Alberta, Canada." You don't need to give a reason why but if you want to explain, go for it. =)
There's supposedly some awesome mountain bike parks in the north of Canada (ie it's not just Whistler). I could spend a couple of summers hanging out up there
If i had a chance to live anywhere in the world without any restriction, I would like to live in Dubai. As i heard that its a beautiful city in the world. One more reason of my liking is that its judicial system is very good.
Yeah that's the reason I stayed for 2 years. Loved the mtb scene up there and the trails were amazing. Visa ended so I had to return to the UK. It was amazing.
Having lived in New England my whole life, I would like to move somewhere down South where it is warmer and there is no snow and ice. Once my kids are out of school, it may be a viable option for us. We love to vacation in Southern California (especially San Diego), but the traffic is unbearable for anything more than a week's worth of driving. I don't like Florida - muggy and buggy. Right now, I have been thinking about places like North Carolina or even South Carolina, though there are issues of hurricanes, etc. I do have plenty of time to think: my son is only in 7th grade.
Couldn't agree more. I've been living in FL for over 6 years now, still scratch my head in bewilderment, at times, asking myself: "What drew me to this swamp in the first place??" I think my love for the ocean brought me here, but I've come to absolutely despise our summer. Fall and winter is great though. Australia seems like an awesome country to live in. Anyone I knew who lived there said they would go back in a heartbeat. Maybe me and my family should try Australia some day.
Not sure but it would be nice to go to the US for ones and scandinavia (basically because of the nature) would be nice as well.
Any warm climate island, as long as my family is with me. I live in Florida by the way, and love it. Different strokes for different folks I guess, I know its not for everyone. I have lived here for 15 years and never regret it. I would say it's the absolute best place to live ever, but we enjoy it.
