Selling 12 year old gaming website

I have a gaming website I am selling called GamersForums.net
Forum: GamersForums.net/forum

I have owned the domain name since 2002.
The website there has been setup a few years back as well as the forum. It has been sitting around for a bit now and I am looking to sell it.

I no longer have the time needed to keep it up to date.

Looking to sell the above for $400 USD.
However, I am willing to take offers.

Can you please share traffics and revenue information? Since the site has been online for a long time, it might have some revenue and traffic. Google analytic stat would be perfect.

Not for a long time.... As I stated, I haven't had time to keep the site updated. That's why I am selling it, as it's a project I can no longer work with since I have other priorities now

I don't know about revenue since I didn't place any ads up or monetize it for awhile now. As for stats I have some for this year, and if anyone is interested I can PM them to you.

No, the license is not for sale.

As I stated in the first post only the database is for sale. So all the users, threads, posts etc...

Site is up for me, and seems to be working for everyone else.

 

Unoriginal content, all sorts of bugs on the site, an INCREDIBLY inactive forum (with no license included in the sale)...

I'm not sure how you're determining this site's value.

 

And, that's why as I've stated that I'm also taking offers.

You also forgot to mention the Domain name. It's been owned by me since 2002, is easy to remember and uses two words.

I already have an offer for $200 of the asking price. So unless it is higher I cannot take a lower bid unless the high bid falls out.

 

I have not heard back from the last bidder.

therefore, the website is still up for sale.

I should add that I have now set a reserve price of $150 and am taking that price and offers higher.

The bid is already at $160... so you will need to bid $170.

The user that posted $100 did not read the reserve price which is $160.

 

In one you claim there is an offer for $200,

then you claim that the reserve is $150.

Then you claim you have a bid for $160.

Just so your know, that makes no sense. This is an auction thread. If you had those bids/offers why would they only bid/offer in private?
