Hi I made an Adwords account long time ago and forgot the login info. Automatic Payments are set-up, so once in a while Adwords automatically charges my bank account. I don't want to have the campaign in that account running anymore and would like to cancel the automatic payments. What can I do? :-( Thanks for any advice..
Hello, You can call Google Directly and ask them for support, they will be able to solve your issue. Also check if your campaign is active or not by searching your keywords in Google. You can also try by login in to your Accounts which you normally use. Try login in to your account by Email-ids which you are using and try to do forgot password for that account. Once you logged in to your account you can stop automatic payment from billing tab.
Sorry to hear your condition. What email address you used while creating an account on adwords? Did you try with "forgot password" option? If you can remember your email address then you can ask in Google support, they might ask some questions for authentication like what is your mother maiden name (questions that you set as security concern while creating your account).
