What is the file? You've made me curious? And by tried everything - you mean you've tried to contact the file publisher? You've looked for other download sites that they might have loaded it up at?
A hundred times this. I tried opening all links in the popup redirecting you to a page that says file to be downloaded will unlock after you complete the given survey. It is compulsory to take it and submit personal info such as your email address etc. Moreover, they even warn you about a permanent ban if the info submitted is detected to be fake! Looks very fishy to me.¬_¬ Also tried using a proxy but the page freezes midway. Never seen a file sharing service so irritating! @hallianonline, is someone sharing the file with you specifically or it's meant for general download?

I downloaded a zipped folder which need a password to open it, there was a txt file there which have content if you want to extract it you need go fileice link (which I mentioned above) to get the password Didn't understand bro
I had seen many sites like this, in most of case at the end you have empty hand. I am sure it's general download not personally shared, in return of survey or download that software which was one of the option to unlock file the file publisher got money and people generally share fake documents and files which are very popular and hardly available on internet so people complete survey because the want that file in any way.
What is this download all about? I'm intrigued? Either way, they get two lots of income from idiot surveys filled in. Maybe it's even the OP's link and he's fooled us all into helping him and completing surveys. That or the contents of the initial file are warez or porn. Well maybe not porn, the OP is from Pakistan and they have higher moral standards there.
