Lol I kinda have to laugh. This reminds me so much of myself when I first began designing websites. I used a lot of scripts and templates at first and I'd go into forums and ask folks to rate my site, and everyone would tell me how crappy my site looked, or how I shouldn't ask to have it rated when I used someone else's creation and so on. I'm not going to tell you any of that, but prepare yourself because others here will. What I will say is that it's commendable to take up web development; it's a difficult hobby to master, but it's oh so worth it. I will tell you that your idea is a good one and that, as an avid gamer, I'd probably register at some point, if you fixed it up some. You need more content though, and you should really work on originality, something that will make your site really stand out from the thousands of other similar sites. I will also say that front page is annoying and will probably keep a lot of folks from actually going into your site. All in all, it's a good start and I wish you the best of luck.
This website does indeed remind me of the 90's early 00's. I feel really nostalgic right now because I use to love designs like this, still do really. It looks really nice but it is not a contemporary interface and will simply not work well. I would suggest to concentrate less on having a custom 'cool' looking design and go for functionality and content. Additionally, some of the design such as the staff page with the indented lines hurts the eyes. The text is too small and overall, it just looks very dated. I hope you do not take this personal but instead heed my warning and save yourself lots of time and sweat. If you really want to stick to html you can and there's plenty of great templates available, but wordpress is a huge time saver if you need it to create quality informational content on a regular basis and will be much easier to monetize and manage WSO. The most important is having a clean, easy to browse website with daily updates with content that people want. If you build it, they will come.
This design reminds me of an advanced 2002 website. Your users might have a hard time scanning what they should do next.
I am undergoing the site in construction. I have my editor team working on it. I just had the site redesigned. It took us about 3 days...
The color combination on the top of the main page looks good but I don't think that the white background goes well with that grey font. I think it is too light for the background. And also, the social media icons on the bottom looks good too! When do you plan to put more content on your site? Good luck though!
Try to get your website filled with content. It's looks dead currently with that huge empty white block below the header.

great. if it was a news ticker it was understandable some text is hovering on screen but a marquee with only a welcome message it was just annoying. Now your website don't look busy. you should put some nicely arranged contents on your landing page. But overall make your contents more readable and improve navigation.
I visited your site and thought the page was already loaded and noticed that it was empty, but then after a few more seconds the slider show up and also the content. You might want to check on that. And also you still need to work on the content, the alignment of it, the color of font is too light for a white background etc.
Any way you can slow down the time between the images? I like how it hits us right when we land on your page. However, I feel it may annoy your visitors by how fast it changes.
WTF are you mad? You do not tell users what browser to use. If you can't create a website that is compliant for all the major browsers then you really need to hire someone to help. FWIW I was using Chrome. I was hoping that the homepage would tell me something about the site - when you say Gaming to you mean playstation gaming or gambling gaming? You have a slider (which is a bit clunky) but you haven't used it to display images or banners that might give me a better hint about what is within the site. I'm not really sure why you've even bothered with that front page - it doesn't seem to have a purpose. Do you really want to have "Types of Bans"? as a menu option on your homepage? I honestly can't see why you disable inactive accounts - if someone has to work that hard to protect their account chances are they'll just think "stuff it" and go to another site. You do realise that in countries like India, New Zealand and Singapore that shared IPs are the norm?
