i see you blog speed very slow you need to improve your blog speed by changing web hosting provider or use Cache plugin ...

or you can use WordPress W3 Total Cache .

Honest review -
Posts are very short - Anything above 500 words/post is considered good
As your blogs grow in volume(content) sidebar can be filled up with information to help readers such as - Latest 10 posts of all time & last week, most read, most commented. Same goes with links to related posts just after the post content.

 

The first thing I'd do is get rid of those Chitika ads from every post. Having them in your side bar, or in one area on your site is fine, but at the top of every single post is just plain annoying.

 

you must need to work on the theme and color combination of your website as you are talking about "online money" there is huge need of trust and if your visitors see this king color combination , definitely they will leave the page.
