    Its not WordPress. But you can convert it in WordPress if you are expert or hire an expert developer. :)

    You can check it by this system:
    domain_name(dot)com/wp-admin

    Its so simple.

    No you can't, you can change wp-admin. By using plugins like hidemywp/better wp security you can even change wp-includes, wp-content, themes & plugins folders.

    Just viewing the source will show you most of what you need to know. Changing those folder names might fool bots but the path naming convention will still standout as being wp
