if you measure the value of websites as adsense profit then, believe me, 99% of all websites selling here not worth it... the time spent on it cost much more... unless u use crappy coding and templates, which pop up as masshrums... look at all adsense website, they all like tween brothers or sisters i developed this script from scratch all by myself, and spent significant amount of time on it... and web developers here in USA make around $40-$50 per hour, so you do the math... i can tell even $900 it's like ~75% off... i can sell this script to 5 people for $200 each... or 10 for $100 or to the one person with resell rights...
As I mentioned this is my script and I can say any amount. For example i estimate the value of this script - $5,000. ... Just wondering if anyone can buy it... so i want to go for $900... so this not revenue sale, it's about script. If you have some time to invest (which i dont have) then this website can easy make $$$ a month..
It's in your best interest to buy sites that have potential to make revenue but they don't make much yet. That way you pay less and get more. Anyone can buy a site that is already making money...

what about safe_mode. Any gotchas there? I'd be interested in the script but where is the working example. I can't get past step #1
to know some basic HTML... in case you want to add/change background images... to change fonts - probably u need to know some php to add remove arrays... but i dont think u want to do it.. it includes already lots of fonts .. i run it on UNIX, not sure if it's ok for windows on production servers (hosting)... (i tried to run it on my home pc - it was ok for windows too no DB needed..
yeah i agree with this but my point of this sale was not to sell this website as the website that makes money on adsense... the idea was to sell this script, and the one who buys this script will get rights to resell it as many time as he wants... so he / she can make money from that... the domain was just extra... plus domain itself has value also.. my estimate is $250-$500... if some one has better idea how much it could be valued please let me know... sorry for confusion...
I'll take the script and resources. Can you quote me a price please. I won't be using it "as is" but as the basis for an alternate project. worked this time. May have been a font size problem perhaps? Please let me know how much for the script and resources on the basis that they won't be used as is.
