i want to find a list of websites created by a certain CMS, i don't want to identify the CMS Used in a Website, i want to know the opposite. for example i want to find a list of websites created by Drupal or Joomla or whatever CMS is there any online tool that can help me to do that???
Lately I needed something same to do and I used http://builtwith.com. Check if it is something that can help!
yeah this site is quit good but to get the list that i want i have to register for at least the basic plan whichcosts $295/month is too much for me
Control + u , check the CSS , JS name , foldername where they are eg :If wordpress will have something like <<sitename>>/wp-content/themes/<<themename>>/css OR js Joomala <<sitename>>/templates/css OR js Or yes you can download buildwith firefox extension.
Just do a search on google. There are sights that have listings for each CMS. Drupal http://www.drupalshowcase.com/ ... for example.
yeah such such way somtimes works i'm trying to find a free tool that could allow me to find websites using particular CMS
GSA SER could do this. If you check the Engines folder in SER, you will see a bunch of text files that also contain the text that SEA uses to search for CMS footprints. For e.g. "Powered by PHPLD", "Powered by Drupal", "powered-by-elgg". If you Google for "Massive List of Footprints" you will find more than enough footprints. Try Footprint Factory - it is supposed to find footprints from URLs, but I have never tried it. There is a free version too. http://fpfactory.com/tutorials/
actually the one works with me is "Powered by PHPLD", "Powered by Drupal" i didn't try such tools http://fpfactory.com/tutorials/ but maybe i'll try
