I use Bing Webmaster Tools to research potential keywords and then use those in content and back links. Gotta admit though, right now it definitely isn't generating any traffic or impressions.
Getting listed in Bing is virtually the same as getting listed in Yahoo..It takes a TON of backlinks. I've always thought Google looked for quality (not quantity) in backlinks. However, it seams like Yahoo/Bing ranking requires more quantity and not quality backlinks.
Yahoo and Bing have their downsides, nonetheless they send me more search traffic than Google. Quality backlinks will always outweight quantity but quantity and quality is the only way to start ranking for multiple search terms.
1. You can buy Bing Ad like Google Ad 2. SEO : You need alot of backlink for your website 3. if you want to promote long-term, I recommend that you use SEO.
"Getting listed in Bing is virtually the same as getting listed in Yahoo" "I use Bing Webmaster Tools" "Yeah, i think use the bing ads is one of the best ways" "Buy a bing ad" I'm not using these but my website is in 1st page no.1 or no.2 in rankings (Yahoo & Bing) for the chosen keyword Just optimize your website for real people not for the search engine and that's all
I would imagine that Bing is always playing catch up with Google, as Google really are the pioneers in search. Additionally, Bing search results are generally very similar to Google's for specific keywords, so my advice would be to focus on high quality, relevant backlinks and most importantly of all, quality content that visitors to your site will find valuable, stimulating and educational.
