    Quite simple actually. You can see there are already some Adsense Ads there.
    The best option for a site like this is Impression Based ads (CPM)
    Which means, just keep working on the traffic part and will be make you money.

    More traffic + More Money.

    No I doesn't update automatically, that would make it a spam site.
    This site belongs to a segment called Content Curation,
    where you take already available content and repackage them adding your own language and also giving a proper attribution to the original content creator.
