Contest $50 Business Flyer Contest

We are a residential/commercial construction and remodeling company looking for a single page color flyer. We reserve the right to end this contest with no winner if nothing meets our expectations.......we have luckily never had to do this though!


Specs
- 8.5" x 11". We have used the Flat Flyer template from uprinting in the past and will be printing with them, you can download the template here http://www.uprinting.com/print-templates/flyers/8.5x11/73/

-Please use Photoshop or Illustrator and submit all files to us upon payment. We will need to make some revisions I'm sure.

-Please keep the flyer colors like our logo and website (blue/black/white)

Area for small "About Us" section

Here's my try. Only one stock photo needed (top one) cost about $3-5. Hope you like it.

CEmarketer - thank you but we don't really like this design
Sobbi - we probably like this design best so far but it's still not really what we want. while we do commercial contracting we also do residential so we need to try and find a balance of both.
magol - we like how you are showing both residential and commercial but it's not quite what we want
Tarcea - thank you for the entry but we don't really like the design

sobbi #10 - this is probably the best design so far. it is clean and professional looking. we would like to see the logo a little larger
magol - thank you, we don't really like the design.
sobbi #12 - this is also a nice design, clean and professional looking. the picture is a little too large and takes up too much space

imhawk - we like the large logo, it also has a professional look to it, but we like flyers with pictures on them. The pictures allow us to swap them out frequently based on what we are trying to advertise at the moment.

 

Tarcea - thanks, the design looks good. It's clean and professional. Perhaps a little too dark and needs to be lightened.

I'm going to sit down with some of my co-workers and pick out some stock images we like. I think the images are throwing off some people and making the contest decision and feedback hard. I'll try to post some links for everyone later today. Thanks.
