    That's right, if you know anything about sewage treatment plant you migh be able to answer a question.

    How much soap or detergent must I flush down my toilet to make the pools at the sewage treatment plant froth up with at least 3 inches of bubbles?

    Yes, I imagine the pools would be the size of an olympic swimming pool so if I knew how much soap I'd need for that I could triple it just to be sure:)

    It also depends on the soap and stuff like that, here is an easy calculation... get a pot... fill it with water. note the volume of it.... now put the soap you want to use in it... until the desired level of bubble height. Remember the amount of soap you put in.

    Now multiply the approximate dimensions of the pool to get its volume... Divide this amount by the volume of your pot. Now multiply the result with the amount of soap you put in the pot....

    Note:You might need extra soap than the final value since it might die out on its way to the treatment plant.
