    Of course you can't!

Forget adsense; be more concerned about legal action from the owner of the copyright or the host taking the site down!

..probably going to get rejected with the reason "site does not comply with adsense policies". Adsense requires UNIQUE and COMPELLING content; not just parrotted content that passes copyscape and adds no value to the web.

I'm not surprised for these duplicated news because according to Google there are 25-30% duplicate content on the web. :)
For the adsense issue, just refer to their policies and nothing else. ;)

they have seperate rules for new site on which you approve your adsense.... if you apply adsense on other site and later you put it on the site which was denied by them in past "you will earn without any issue from adsense"

until and unless anyone report your website

Nope! Do you have no understanding of copyright law?

You can rewrite any article and make it look original before Google´s eyes. It does not violets adsense rules as long as your site/article is 100% original, no matter what you are writing about.

If there is not Copyright mark or message on the website then the images are free of copyright, images on wikipedia are public domain content.

Newspapers use syndicated content - they pay a subscription fee to use it. It is not public domain. You can't use it. Rewriting it is still copyright infringement.

Using pictures or text, that is not in the public domain, without permission...is theft. Adding a back link to them does not change that.

Adsense program does not support theft. No matter how you reword the question. The answer will be the same.

If your "client" wants you to do this, you should fire them and find better clients.
