These bidders look really legit, I don't understand

It could be something like that but the question here is, wold it be worth it. His making money from selling an eBook even if he sells a lot i don't think it will be worth his troubles.

 

Well if he is doing it, it is obviously worth it. Not to mention he probably has some way to adcquire a $6000 item for say $3000... in which case he is also making $2000 of the mystery item sale...

he gives a refund on the item + bonus usualy cash or vouchers.

 

why does he refund the item and give them free money?? is he laundering money or something?

Yup, he says in his other auctions that "anything that comes with it is a bonus gift."
