Selling Unique MySpace Resource Site W/ Revenue - PR6

Hey, I'm selling my current MySpace site.

Age: 6 months
PR: 6
Traffic: 1,400 - 1,900 uniques per day. Ask me for proof.
Revenue this past month (31 days): $179.

When I say unique, I mean that it's not one of those scripts that everyone uses where you just have to change the template. I put this site together myself. It has no databases, so transferring files will be quick and easy.

The Adsense on the site makes about $23 per month. Last 6 months it has made $132. All the other money came from people purchasing advertising space. So obviously, the more space you advertise to sell, the more money you'll get.

BIN: $2000. That is 12(months)x$179(revenue) - $148(discount) = $2000.

I'm selling the site because of a couple of reasons: 1. I'm not really doing anything with it -- it's practically running by itself. I'm not advertising it at all. And because of that, 2. I just want to start with something new

Do you have anything besides awstats? My awstats says one of my Myspace sites gets 30k uniques per day but it's more like 1k actually. Awstats reads every hit including remote flash and image loads.

Is adsense really that bad that 1900 uniques per day makes less than $1 per day?

It has very poor adsense revenue for 1400-1900 uniques / day.

George: Nope, sorry I don't.

Everywhere I check, including google toolbar, it says PR6, either with or without the www. I'm not sure why that has happened to you, but I don't think that is the case with my site.

almir: yes, as I have pointed out, the adsense is not very good. However, most of the money has not been made from adsense, so it does not concern me, and it shouldn't concern the buyer, either.

adsense on myspace sites have low ppc...
i had a site that made $30 a month on adsense i switched to a different advertise company and now that same site with the same traffic is over 500 a month now.
