    I wouldnt pay for traffic other then PPC is the best option for that. But only 1 way to refer real traffic.

    You have to imagine yourself looking up info on the internet. If you where a person looking up your site online what would be the first place you go? Search engine. I would not buy traffic from any site. Even if the traffic was real, it would be from people getting redirected or a popup. Your bounce rate would be high because they would simply click off. In my experience, PPC is the best when used correctly and buying "laser targeted" keywords and phrases will get the right people to your site.

    Google, Bing, and 7Search are all great PPC search engines. The most inexpensive will be Bing and 7Search

    Spot on. Google can be expensive.

    I'd say 7Search is the cheapest. You could also look at Facebook ads.
