    Guys,

    HDFC has blocked my credit card, and imposed some serious fine on me for non payment. Well, I was under the impression that I had auto debit set in my bank account, but it turned out it was not. Anyways, I need a VCC now, and I have found that Skrill offers prepaid VCC.

    I have an oDesk account, so I am thinking of transferring funds to my Skrill account from oDesk, and then use these funds to make payment where Skrill is accepted, and also create a prepaid VCC where it's not. I haven't used Skrill in the past, so I was wondering whether it has limitations in India like PayPal does. I mean, we can't use PayPal balance in India to make payments. (domestic/international)

    Anyone who is using Skrill in India will understand what I mean. Thanks for your answers.

    Skrill wont provde vcc as i remember . Open account in kotak you can create vcc then or hdfc bank account if u have you can create from tht too
