    Hi All,

    I am selling this micro niche site. Its about Cerave lotion - Beauty niche.

    There is NO SEO work done on site. So with little efforts it can easily rank. If you check Google for main keyword - psoriasis arthritis, you can see that competition is very weak so it can easily be outranked.

    Site is on PAGE 1 of Bing - It moves from page 1 (#3 to #5 spot) - Usually always on Page 1 different spots itself. DA - 10/ PA 23.

    Currently site has 1 main page article - 100% unique and well written. Top quality with 1 image and video from youtube as well as external links to authority health sites in the niche.

    Site has HUGE potential with decent CPC if you know what you are doing :) I just don't have time for it but with little content and SEO, it can do wonders.

    NO traffic or rev tracked yet. Adsense block added to show that site is NOT banned or anything.
