    Action movies for sure, but usually the story isn't much when it comes to action, the new transformers movie had all action but the story was terrible but then it is Michael Bay not exactly known for his in depth stories.

    Obviously. I'm agree with you @Rob Montgomery and @Patricia Ann Lee . Transformers (last part) was not perfect for story. And action gives one time enjoyment. But better stories make thrust for watch it again. And Leonardo's The Great Gatsby was amazing.

    I like movies that are escapist, so mostly fantasy, science fiction, horror (not slash-type), etc. I have no interest in real world based movies that tell a story or have a theme, etc. I get enough of the real world on a daily basis, so when I watch a movie, I want to forget about the real world and get engrossed in something that is obviously not real.

    Drives the wife and kids nuts, of course, so that is another positive. ;)

    I love action movies. It's best to watch in the big screen of cinema hall.
    For love story and drama I prefer to watch it alone on TV at the comfort of my home.
    I m not much into animation.. but for my son, I have watched few

    I'm the same way. I love watching love movies at home and prefer to go to the theater and watch action movies with all my friends. I saw the latest Spiderman in the theater but I wouldn't watch 'if I stay" in the theater Ill have to have a couch, Chinese food and a cute guy that is willing to watch it with me to get the full effect of the movie!
