    If you want to use all this functions in wordpress, Than nothing is better than woocommerce. There are many add-ons available for the woocommerce which will full fill your requirement and
    you can also customize the plugin and add ons as per your requirement...

    Yeah if you look at all the premium wordpress themes that include a eCommerce plugin, its usually always woo.

    It's in Magento,(Best E-commerce CMS ever)
    Magento has inbuilt Import/Export functionality.
    And there are many free and paid extension available to import & Export the products, Categories and all other data...
    You can find most of them in Magento Connect...

    Can suggest to go for Wordpress ==> Woocommerce. If you like to spend a few bit more , you can go to Bigcommerce which is still a best hosted store (erasing the questions of hosting issues , that might come around)

    Magento although the best Ecommerce platform , wouldn't be best if its for initial site or something for lesser products.
