It's in Magento,(Best E-commerce CMS ever) Magento has inbuilt Import/Export functionality. And there are many free and paid extension available to import & Export the products, Categories and all other data... You can find most of them in Magento Connect...
Can suggest to go for Wordpress ==> Woocommerce. If you like to spend a few bit more , you can go to Bigcommerce which is still a best hosted store (erasing the questions of hosting issues , that might come around) Magento although the best Ecommerce platform , wouldn't be best if its for initial site or something for lesser products.
