Error code 404 means not found (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTP_404) This means that your page contains links to pages that do not exists - aka broken links. First, you need to find these links (and possibly a code that generates them, if they are not coded manually) and fix them. A good way to finding these links on your web is using an automatic tools such as this: http://website-link-checker.online-domain-tools.com/ For each broken link, you can see the actual line in your code where it was found.
For 404 error pages you can remove them by the help of Google webmaster as it has option to remove(404 pages) from the sitemap permanently if you do not wish to see error for the 404 pages.
Looks like your site is created using Wordpress. There are two main issues that could be causing the 404 errors: Content deleted - you have removed pages, posts, and/or tags from your site and Google can no longer find them. Either recreate the content, fix any broken links, or ignore the messages and eventually Google will drop them from its index. Links to deleted content - people have linked to pages, posts or tags on your site that have since been deleted or moved - resulting in broken links. If you click on the 404 error details in GWT you will see further info about where the links are incoming coming from and, if you want to, you can try to contact the owner of the site linking to you and ask them to remove or update their links. Hope this helps. Cheers, Shaun
Shaun, For your kind info Google will never ignore it till you would not be fixing the 404 broken links to the live links or you need to remove them from the sitemap.
You should create a new XML sitemap without 404 errors and submit that. Then, if you have relecant content you can redirect to, redirect your 404 pages. Then wait till gone from Google Webmastter Tools (takes time)
