    There is a nice article where a person shares his experience of renting an apartment on AIRbnb. It's called I Bought an Apartment Just to Rent It Out On Airbnb. I guess you can start with posting a listing on their website.

    You need to talk to the Israeli Real Estates governing body. There will be exams and ongoing training and fees.
    Start by popping in to your local realtor office and ask about how to get started.

    Just make a website. If you are a registered company in Israel it will be easy to continue. Otherwise you will have to affiliate with someone from there, or nationally.

    It will be nice to set up a site and then invest on ads. On top of that you may want to do some social media activity on FB, Twitter, Linkedin, Pinterest, and Instagram.
