I am considering leaving this site and starting a one that is better suited for my freelance business, how much would you guys pay to take it off my hands? The site is (I'ts an image because i dont' want this keyword showing up in google) It's on the front page of google for a few longtail web hosting keywords, and you can read a report on it on my other marketing blog here: http://marketingguard.com/seo/case-study-effectiveness-of-90-bucks-worth-of-seoclerks-gigs/ It brings in $700 GROSS / year (about 3/4 of that is used to pay for the reseller hosting account, it could be significantly improved if you put the site on a VPS and managed it yourself though, I have no interest in this.) The prices right now are dirt cheap, you could possibly raise the prices to almost double if you chose to rebrand it as a premium host instead of a cheap host. Should i just keep it or sell it off to someone who has more time on their hands? Please do not mention the name or URL in your replies.
I think you should keep it. Raise the prices a bit also. Try sending various forms of traffic. Experiment a bit. You will learn more important information for future websites.
Going to rebrand the entire site, and relaunch it in a new niche as a managed web host for my clients and the general public: here is a preview and probably triple the prices.
