Screenshots.com won't remove copyrighted archived images from my website.

I used to store photographs of me and family on my personal domain, Screenshots.com has archived images from my website, and will not remove them, at the moment I have a online stalker and any information about me publicly available needs to be removed, Screenshots.com is refusing to remove my images from their site, but I don't legally know how to force them, all the other sites I have contacted who have taken publicly available information are quite happy to remove my content.

Try to settle with the hosting provider.

I don't think there is anything you can do. They have a legal right to archive what they are doing. Its going to take a court order to get them to do it. .... or really nice pleading with them.

You can try a reputation management site, to try and push this searches in Google index, Like push all related info to the last google results. Another way to combat this is with a police report and send it to the hosting company. Send it to both the Admin and Hosting company. Lastly, hire an attorney like asap, and let them know you are serious, let the firm handle it. Mostly like they will remove everything related to you. Your attorney may assist you with handling this kind of situations.

Send it to both the Admin and Hosting company.

Domaintools owen there own server, that will not work.

    hire an attorney like asap

Got no money to do that, and that's how domaintools win because most people can't sue and just leave them.

Go to the police and get a protection order against the stalker.
Who cares if they have a few photos (I know it's ick) - so long as they can't actually approach or get near your or your family!

Put your energy into fighting back against the real problem - the stalker

Because the bluster of an Attorney will often force the hand of the other party who wants to avoid the hassle and expense of getting their lawyers to tell your lawyers that they're wrong.
