    Normally within 3 days. I linked my HDFC account. If there is no sat/sun then you can expect it on 25th of every month as they pay on 22nd of each month if you reach your threshold.

    It takes about 5-7 working days excluding saturday. Charge are about 56 Rs

    There are cases where the payments have been delayed for as long as 10 days...but i think after 5 working days you should approach your bank.

    Its Totally Depends on Your Area May be in India or some other Country. I Share my Experience that i Have Receive my Earning in within 10 Days. Because Google Adsense Said that Every Publisher in anywhere in the world is Receive his Payment within 10 Days. If You Time is exceed so You can Report To Adsense with Your PUB ID and They Track Your Payment and Fix It.
