CPC/CPA means its performance based, meaning the average "eCPM" means nothing because its going to be different per publisher/source. I love when people ask questions like that, its the absolute worst question, most asked question, and most impossible question to answer.

sorry for the slow response as i am at the e3expo for the video gaming industry this week. the short answer is right in line with his answer is there is no average cpm. it is performance based cpc with cpa bonuses. so if your traffic responds to the ads you will see a higher ecpm.

 

Once again a publisher has been found sending hundreds of invalid clicks through the network, if you are this type of publisher, please do not even bother signing up. Our system is extremely good at finding fraudulent and invalid clicks and will automatically shut down your ads.

This is why publishers cannot have nice things

It varies per publisher, but for an advertiser there is a $0.10 minimum bid, though many advertisers are able to come in under that if there are not a lot of advertisers bidding for that particular targeting

 

My site has been approved
but I am Brazilian, will I get good results?

 

Only time will tell, it takes about a week to fully optimize and it is all dependant on your sites traffic and how they respond to the advertising.
