April's earning. Payoneer's fee is $5 for immediate load (up to 2 hours) or $2 for regular load (up to 5 days)

i've read somewhere couple months ago that someone regularly receives > $3000 from Propeller every month, not sure whether it's true or not.. my personal record was around $750 in January, for December's payment.
so, we can have trust on them, and can you please tell me that how is their payment rule, i mean that if you earned $100 in june then when you will have to send them invoices, and what to write in the invoice, and you have to send invoice for every payment or they will make it automatic after first payment?
