Please I need help on niche that have buyer intention.I want to create product so I would like to know the product that people most spend money.Any help?

You want to look good - Fitness & Health
You want to become rich - Internet Marketing & Make Money from Home
You want a companion - Dating

 

This is a good list. I would also add "fashion/cosmetics products/services" in the Category of wanting to look good.

 

nice list and very good options. But we should go deeper and choose sub niches. For Weight Loss, as example, Weight Loss with Organic Food.

Evergreen actually means that a topic will always be relevant. You did pick good categories, though. That represents the basic "needs" of most people. Any aspect of reaching them in a way that boosts their self-esteem matters most of all.

 

the problem with evergreen is that they are so popular that the competition is impressive. so the niche must be chosen carefully and after long research.

 

The short answer is gambling, porn and pharmacy. All 3 are evergreen and great money makers, however the toughest.

The long and right answer is any niche that you like and understand well.

Everyone here has certainly pointed you in the right direction for evergreen content, but I do have one thing to add if I may.

There is no foolproof method or niche when it comes to web content, evergreen or otherwise. Writing about popular topics alone does not guarantee success. Due to it's longevity, the problem with writing content based on a classic niche is that a lot of it has already been done - numerous times. But if you bring something new to the table every evergreen marketer around will take notice.

Enhance any "go-to" niche that you plan to work with by zeroing in on a more finite area of your topic. For example; don't just provide content on, "How To Make Rabbit Stew", create content that talks about, "How To Skin A Rabbit For Rabbit Stew".

(I know, the example is a little bit nasty, but I bet you will never forget to pinpoint a more targeted market within your niche again )

An evergreen niche i used to participate in is "fix your computer". As long as technology exists on this planet, people will always find the need to fix their computers when it has become slow and obnoxious.

 

Web Hosting would be Ever-Green niche and some Sites providing Recurring - Commission, start with writing articles about Hosting products and promote 3-4 products with high conversions and commission..

 

Competition will be even more than fierce in the future, for just any niche. This is directly related to the number of Internet connections and how many marketing guys will have a connection in the next years. Since the number is increasing at an impressive rate -> uber fierce competition
