Contest $200 Logo design contest

I need a logo for a soap company. The idea is to create a vector soap with a retro cassette tape on it. I have attached a sample image to get some inspiration from.

The name of the company is demo. We need to fit the theme of a soap, a cassette tape and perhaps the tape spool creating a word like in the sample image maybe saying something like soap. The design style has to be old school retro with retro font and stylings. Preferred colors would be green pastel colors.

Vector file will be needed. Will clarify any questions needed.

 

Thanks for your work on this zasul, just some feedback. Lets try the whole thing in a pastel green color, make the bar of soap look more like a cassette, I like the way the bubbles are coming out,

I like the direction you've gone on this one, can you make it so that the soap is tilted forward a bit more... a little bit more front facing and if you can fit in the demo text in the cassette holes, thanks!

 

I'm not sure if a business guy in a suit would work, they're a fun independent local shop, try for a more funky cassette tape in a soap look. Check out the sample image for reference and see what you can do from there. The art stylization is good its just not the direction we wanna go.

 

Please try this in a pastel green and see if you can get the shape to be more like a cassette tape and if you can get more detail into the logo thatd be great!

 

This looks good, if you can make the demo have cassette hole like the one in the sample and make the bar look more like a soap with an imprint of a cassette tape on it with more details on it. Also if you can change the shop to say SOAP thatd a good direction to go into. Thanks for you submission!
