What are the best seo strategy that increasing my alexa and keywords ranking. Help me guys.....
If your Alexa is decreasing, you should be happy! This means that more people are coming to your website... It's not so important. Pay more attention to your SERP!
No Man alexa only decrease if you are getting good traffic to your website.! lower the Alexa and Improve the PR, thats all you need to take care of.

Don't waste your time with Alexa. It's easy to manipulate and doesn't show real traffic data. Focus on real traffic and rankings.
Alexa rank is nothing to do with it useless just think on your SERP that's all. Alexa rank is not a major factor if you increase your traffic it will automatically go better so just do focus on SEO, SMM or other method to drive traffic.
Alexa rankings depends on the traffic you are getting looks its like what amount of traffic you are getting and its ranking also depends on wether the visitors coming down your site has installed alexa toolbar or not ... as the more visitors that has installed alexa will visit by your site the more drop in alexa ranking can be seen !!
Now a days Alexa rank is no useful for us. Try to work hard with quality work, content and follow up Google guidelines.

It's good that your alexa is decreasing.It means you are getting traffic and more no. of visitors to your web site.You are doing good SEO if if your alexa ranking is decreasing.Alexa ranking totally depends upon the no. of visitors and traffic to web site. More the no. of visitors less will be the alexa ranking.
In last 12 years, I have got a website readnsurf.com (belongs to client) which gets 3000 to 5000 unique visitors daily but still more than 100K alexa. More interestingly 60% visitors of the site (readnsurf.com) comes from Google search ! When I have tried to get more visitors via white hat method, it is stopped to change Alexa ranking . I have failed to get the reason(s) as monitored via Google analytics as well as other a few tools.
Hey What I believe that alexa ranks for low traffic websites is not of much consideration but as your is good traffic so it might effect if you increase it with some significant amount. As you said that the hat approach has done by you but you didn't mention what amount the traffic rose? Most cases alexa rank is never a factor but if you got significant amount of traffic it will going to change. Can you figure out little data of yours?

Yeah you right considering Alexa is not a big question, also fact that alexa rely on it's toolbar or extensions so that unappropriate way of ranking any website unless cover all the traffic of it.
