Hi, I'm looking for a few English writers who can write software tutorials. The tutorials will be published at http://www.download3k.com/articles/how-tos, where you can also see examples. The ideal candidates for this job are tech savvy people who constantly tweak their desktop or mobile devices, people looking for tech answers on a daily base. You must come up with your own subjects for these tutorials. The best approach is to write about tech problems, tips and tricks, that you know about personally or can easily understand. For example you might be good at configuring/tweaking Windows, or you are constantly testing your phone or tablet with a new app or configuration. So write about the things you know or like to try out. Tutorials can be about Windows, Android, iOS, Mac, Linux. I’m open to suggestions as well. You must take your own screenshots and use them in the articles. Payment is $1.5 USD per 100 words, via PayPal. Articles should be concise and easy to follow/understand. The job is also described at www.download3k.com/jobs.php. You can apply there or via PM here on DP. If you have questions, shoot away. Mihai
I would like to mention that the screen shots thing kind of confuses me. Could you explain those expectations? Thanks, Chad
Sure. I hope these 2 examples clarify it: http://www.download3k.com/articles/...n-Windows-8-Customize-Logon-Logoff-Exit-00333 http://www.download3k.com/articles/eBay-Hacked-change-your-password-now-how-to-included-00347 Basically, you illustrate the needed steps with pictures, when necessary. Let me know if you still have questions, I'll be happy to address them.
I'm open for the job and would like to ask is there a limit on the amount of Tutorials or Words we can write per week?
Minimum 5 articles per week, no upper limit. I haven't set up a maximum word count, but I prefer you keep the articles concise. If you do have a lengthy article in mind, you can email me before you start writing it. Article length should vary between 200 and 500 words, but if you have a unique analysis, a unique tutorial based on your experience, something that you feel is not covered extensively on the web already, than a longer piece is fine.
Dear Sir/Madam, We would love to get this opportunity of working with you. We can guarantee that you will not regret your decision if you select us to execute this project.
