Use "quick adsense" plugin to insert your adsense code in your posts and pages. However you can add a ad code in your sidebar through a text and html widget. Just go your blog widget area and in sidebar add a "text and html " widget, put your adsense code like 300*250 etc. Always remember that never post adsense ad where there is little or no content. Wish you all the best:) Don't forget to remind us about your approval status.

Yes you can use google adsense Wordpress plugin. There are many plugin. Personally I use "Quick Adsense" plugin. You can place ads on the top, middle or bottom of the word press site. You can place it in the left, right or bottom. If you want to place the ads on the side bar then you can use text box. Place the code in the text box and place the text box on the side bar.

You can edit your theme by going to Dashboard/Appearance/Editor. Look for the single.php file. Paste your code wherever you want. Trial and error.

Just saw your site and I can see 5 Google Ads without much content. I recommend not to do it with your site.

I suggest to not add too many ads, since this can bring ad blindness. As you can read in Wikipedia, "Banner blindness is a phenomenon in web usability where visitors to a website consciously or subconsciously ignore banner-like information, which can also be called ad blindness or banner noise."

Use Easy Adsense plugin for Wordpress were you can choose were to place your ads , also you can limit how many ads to show on page , exlude the archive or contact page ,etc . It is one of the easiest plugins for using Adsense on a wordpress website.

Just use a plug-in. That would be the easiest thing to do.

eeeehh, the best is to learn, start understanding how your template works, and try to edit, see the changes, understand and learn. It's important because sooner or later you'll need those skills. And anyway are very basic HTML skills. You need them.
