Take iron (zinc). Sleep a lot. Reduce sugar consumption as well as caffeine one. Move a lot more (exercise). Do work that inspires you, not one that is dissatisfying and will drain you from our powers.
Take a long nap and then go on a trip. Sometime getting out and spending an hour by the ocean is the most refreshing thing for me (I live 30 min. from it). Go on a trip to a place where you feel really relaxed.
OK then... Get some sleep. Don't get some sleep. Go out and play. Stay in and do the work that inspires you. I love this forum. It will give you a lot of advice. It's up to you what you choose to follow.
