    Hello,
We are willing to create a new project, however, we would like to know if the name we chose for oue company is already registered as a trademark. Is there any tool or webpage to check if the name is available?
    Thank you

    Hello,
Yes, we would like to register it in Spain, thank you.
However, is it possible to register it internationally? If so, is there any way if name is already an international trademark?

Theoretically Countries which are signatory of Madrid Protocol are able to file Trademark application in member countries with one application, but Trademark right is territorial right that means in which countries you have attained your trademark registration, you will get protection from those countries only.

No, you would literally need to register the trademark in each country you'd want trademark protection from. And each country has its own rules for it.

...to add.. and for many of those countries you may have to provide things such as proof of operation in that country (limited company). It is very, very expensive.
