Matt Cutts announced on twitter that Google Panda 4.0 is rolling out today. This update means to soften the Panda algorithm to give more visibility to the small businesses in search results. I read this post on searchengineland in the morning. But didn't see any changes on my website. Its really good.
The softer version of the Panda update was the old one not this Panda 4.0 update because it is a major update that affects 7.5% of English language and it is not just a refresh. It's major effect was seen on eBay and its lost the two keywords ranking on the 1st page and decreased to #25 and that's a big lost for them.
