Anyone experienced with Exact Seek?

    Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has used or in fact 'is' using Exact Seek? I placed 3 x URL's with Exact Seek 3 days ago but have seen very limited results, it must be given a chance though as it is only $12 per Ad for 3 months and claims it is all targeted, what is everyones experience with their own Ads i.e. Click throughs in 3 months and clicks to sales relationship?

Thank you for anyone who may respond to this...

Thaks Nick, It is definitely I believe what you pay for, first impressions look okay as in at least it is Targeted Traffic albeit very small so far...

its not as targeted as they say,the CTR was pretty low, and even then, i didn't make many sales. and i was selling very cheap.
On average, i made 1 sale for 147 clicks

i am making a new PPC advertising co.
    PM me for details

I agree with nervo useless...I would say that most traffic on Exact Seek? is from marketers ...I have been using for 6 months now and no sales

    Stay away

You do only get what you pay

I have a few campaigns with Exactseek. You have to setup your account well, with tight groupings and lock all your bids down. Their traffic is converting nicely for me, I am buying as much as they will send me.

I bought two one year terms from them - so far not getting to much traffic - it averages to approximately 15 clicks / week....

Thanks for the info regarding traffic. It is helpful in my decision-making process as well.

Does it help at all with other search engines in term of ranking or notice? Is this like getting some quality back links?

    Well, here is my observation:

I had an ad running for two month pointing to a page. When I searched Google for "fun and entertainment category", the page was in 3rd position out of 50 something million results; which was pretty impressive.

I since changed the ad and the page is NOWHERE to be found in Google results... Coincidence?

Another example, I am running another ad on exactseek and the page is in 5th place when I search for "popular internet diets" on Google. I am hesitant to remove/change that ad to verify if exactseek is helping the page rank well on Google :D

Forgot to mention... similar story with MSN search results... the page did not disappear from the search results altogether, it slipped from 2nd position to first position on the second page...

    Hope this helps.
