    Hi admin,

    I keep getting the following message when trying to PM other users. Even saying something like Hi, thanks for the hep, tom. WTF?

    This is what comes up

    "Your content can not be submitted. This is likely because your content is spam-like or contains inappropriate elements. Please change your content or try again later. If you still have problems, please contact an administrator."

    I have contacted them via Twitter but no reply...

    Anyone else having the same issue?

    That means Akismet has flagged your post a potentially spammy... could be the content of the post itself, it could be your IP, your email, username, etc. (or a combination of multiple things)

    Literally giving the user details about the service I provide as they are PM'ing me asking for more detail. I cannot even say 'Hi' to them. How can this be removed?

    Is the service itself been spammed (or reported as such) in the past? It doesn't seem to be your account (IP, username or email) since you were able to post that post just fine, but rather based on the content of the post itself (again, it's done via Akismet, not by us).
