    No,Page rank is not related with your hosting.Page rank provided by search engine completely depends on your site performance in different sector around the web.Basically PR depends on your sites quality backlinks pointing your site from different domain.As much as quality backlink you create as more PR you will achieve.

    Except your website traffic,site quality,performance in social media,popularity etc could play a little role.

    No,page rank is not any relation with hosting. It is depend upon the offpage activity of the SEO. It totally depend upon the performance of your link submission and website backlinks with unique content posting.

    Well, inorder to increase your site page rank you need to get dofollow backlinks from the sites having high PR. And rest the answer of PR relation with the hosting like other's said Page Rank has nothing to do with the hosting . Page Rank or PR can be said as the algorithm used by the Google search engine to rank website in the search engine rank result.

    I agree with all above reply regarding Page Rank but user experience is most impotent criteria to rank your website. If the quality of web hosting is poor in terms of loading website frequent failure, in that case user will be definitely affected.

    Hosting has no relation with PR.

    To increase your PR get links from authority sites.
    Note, PR is automatically updated daily but it won't be visible until it's updated on toolbar.

    Well Bro, No google PR not depend on hosting website. If you want google PR you want to create backlinks on high authority websites and you need huge traffic I means not huge means Traffic also main factor in google Pagerank. Make linkwheel and connect with you website.
