Last I checked (in the US anyway), click fraud is not "illegal". It certainly may be a violation of Google's TOS, but certainly nothing illegal about it.

Things like this, that look too good to be true, almost always are.

I don't see how it could be legal but I guess it is. That member has a high rating on eBay so it may be legit.

New trick. He's using adsense for search only. I don't think that is legal because you need to put the search on site only.

When Google sees all the clicks coming from the same location they will discredit them and ban the account.

There are fools born every minute.

The high rating is for the sale transaction and not the product itself.

there is no way that is legal ,and even if it was, it is not possible.
Simply , how would you confess 1000 to install YOUR Google toolbar??? they can install it from Google directly , so why to bother ???

Firstly, legalities are of little concern to adsense pub's...It's the TOS we all MUST adhere to. This bozo clearly violates that with his lame software which is basically a glorified click bot using proxies I assume. this method is not foolproof and anyone who uses it will surely get banned.

I'm going to take it upon myself to see if he himself is a member of Adsense and then inform Big G of his nefarious deeds.

I'm not sure or what, but to me this looks like something where he makes a toolbar for your google search id/code thingy or whatever and the search on that toolbar acts as google .. if you get me?

It looks like you didn't READ his sales letter ..His software installs a toolbar on your costumer's browser (that appears when they surf the Internet).
So whenever anyone of them Search Google YOU will be credited for the Search ...
The problem would be "How to confess people to install this tool bar while most of them already have it (Google toolbar)???

actually you should not install it, you should give it away only
(if you install it you will be ,clearly, having illegal clicks .ie,you will be clicking in your own ads)

Well whoever wins that auction is a moron for risking their adsense account.... so if they win it, they deserve getting banned anyway. And no its not legal by adsense TOS.

    Your point is moot

I sure did read his amateur sales copy and my point remains the same it's a CLEAR violation of the Adsense TOS. People just can't go ahead and create software that manipulate Adsense code and dupe people.
FYI: Changing any part of the Adsense code is a violation. He changed it a lot!

    I've already reported him
