    Hello

I have just purchased my first Geo Domain and am looking for a rough estimate of possible sale price before deciding whether to develop or sell.

Detroit.Net is aged 19 years has a PageRank 3, 673,000 monthly Google Searches and has hundreds of subdomain possibilities.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Detroit is going to be heavily redeveloped. So you made a good choice.

    I would say for a reseller it's worth $300 - $500

    For an enduser $3000 - $ 10000

Be advised that DETROITNET.COM is for sale, and could add extra value to your domain (or vice versa).

...I seriously doubt that, considering it was bidding above 1k when I had seen the auction last. That quote is insulting.

    $10K - 25K to reseller.

    $25K - 100K to enduser, maybe more.

Geo domains do well. There are a number of different factors that go into valuating a geo-domain, but typically, geo-domains with tourist attractions and a big population do better.

Not insulting... that's what resellers are TRYING to pay for it these days.

I also gave you the $3000 - $10000 estimate which isn't insulting at all.

Resellers have no idea about the huge redevelopments going on in Detroit... endusers know.

You're making the huge assumption that resellers don't put the research in before buying. I'm making the assumption that the majority of "well informed" resellers put in more research than the end user. It's clear OP is a reseller and paid around 3k (correct me if im wrong) for it, which is far above your reseller estimate. Now I could make assumptions about the OP ;) , but that would be rude lol. That's all I'm saying...
