2nd-time twitter account suspension - HELP

This is the second time my Twitter account @FrozenMoments__ has gotten suspended. The first time was about 3 weeks ago, when I did a mass-follow and got suspended for about 10 minutes for "aggressive following."

Then, last night, I did another mass follow (it was late and completely slipped my mind that it was not allowed). They suspended my account, and I have filed a couple tickets through the Twitter sites, and they are now being processed.

My question is, has anyone else experienced this exact situation; being suspended twice for the same action which is "aggressive following"? If so, what are the best steps to take in order to redeem my account? I got to 4k and I would be absolutely heartbroken if I lost all of those followers.

IF my account becomes unsuspended, will I regain all of my same followers? Will everything go back to normal? How long does it take before I get my account back?

I am upset, but trying not to panic. Please let me know. Thanks

How many accounts were you following in order to be flagged as aggressive? Twitter allows you to follow up to 1,000 people per day. They say that is further broken down into semi-hourly intervals, but I'm not sure what the semi-hourly limit is. I routinely follow 600 per day with no problems at all, but I spread them throughout the day and don't just sit and follow 600 people at once.

As for your account, I'm not sure what to suggest. I know one suspension is routinely considered a warning and you will get your account back if you apologize. I'm not sure if it as that easy if you turn right around and get nailed again for the same offense. Please let us know how it goes.

Ideally you should get your account back, as you did the first time. However, the fact that this is the second time you've been suspended for the same reason might cause additional problems. Your followers/people you are following should still be there, if you get your account back, but I'm guessing if you get penalized for the same thing again, the ban might be more permanent, so make sure you play it safe.

And yes, please let us know how it goes. I've never encountered this problem personally, and I'm interested.

I can help you to unsuspend your account
but it need your username and password.
But normally, your suspend account will restore so your followers will coming back again in hours.

    Please dont too many following,
maximal amount to safe is 700 following a day
over from this usually will make your account get suspend

This is not quite true. There is no maximum number of follows you can do. as long as you are following real people. also, i doubt there is a way to restore a banned account.

There is not a ceiling to the number of people you can follow, but there are limits in place. For example, you are not allowed to follow more than 1,000 people in any given 24 hour period. Exceeding this is one of their definitions of aggressive following (they have multiple definitions of this) and will get your account banned. Following, unfollowing, then refollowing the same accounts will also get you flagged as an aggressive follower.
