Normally we can create a facebook account by our own names. Do you know how companies create a facebook page. I know we cannot create a page without having an account. My question is, we can create the account with our first and last names. what do companies give in first and last names during their signup?
U can create a page from your current facebook account. No one will know who is the owner of the page. U don`t really need a new account just for the page.
Yea you're absolutely correct! But how do big companies give their first name and last name.. what they are actually using?? if my company name is worldleaks. Is I'm suppose to use "world" in the first name and "leaks" in the second name?
They are using a anonymous profile. They don`t create a profile for the business. For example , maybe mcdonalds use a profile called John John to administer the page. They don`t have a profile named mc donalds or something like that.

yep man! In G+, we cannot use a anonymous names and later we can change it to our business name like facebook. If i create a g+ account in a different name then I cannot change it to my business name. It shows google name policy does not allows... It always needs people to use their real names.. What to do in this situation..

It`s a page. Yes, i forgot about youtube. So , this is all that i know about G+. I can`t help you further because it is real hard for me to understand G+. All i know that u can create page same as on Facebook. So , hope i helped.

In order to make a business profile, G+ requires you to make your own personal profile at first. Just at first make your personal profile, and then right on the top click on your profile picture and they will give you options like "Create a page". Click on that and you will taken to put information about your company and there will be no 'first name' 'last name' thing, just a simple company name. See if you understand what I said, make your own profile first.

You mentioned something earlier about the company having a YouTube page. It is possible to manage the YouTube page via several users. So, basically, you can manage the youtube page with the personal account you created in Google+ as well as via the "page" you have created for your business. To do this, log into your YouTube channel the way you normaly would, and then go into "account settings". From there you can add or remove managers. Hope this helps. I'm not even sure that was a problem for you, but meh... now you know.

Yes very much possible, just tag it the way you tag friends on your personal profile, nothing different.
