    You cannot buy real visitors. You can buy 10,000 bot hits to your website.

    Well, let me rephrase that, you CAN buy real visitors with advertising, PPC campaigns, etc...

    I think that you would be better off taking whatever budget you have planned to buy web traffic with and invest it in lottery tickets. You are looking for the quick and easy hit and the odds will be better that you will win the lottery than that you will make money from buying large amounts of traffic for your website.

    If you know a lot of people that use twitter have them send out some tweets that links back to your website, you will be amaze of the amount of visitors you can get from social media sites. you just need the right topic

    I would start with Adwords and Bing Ads. Mix in some banner advertising and joint ventures. If you just want "hits"... join a traffic exchange.
