    It pretty much depends on many factors in order to say what's the best affiliate program...

    - traffic volume (unique users and impressions)
    - traffic sources and geo data (US/EU pais better than Asia for example)
    - your niche (very important in order to target correct affiliate program/product to advertise)
    - your ability to integrate the affiliate links/plugins in your website design a while keeping user experience and engagement high

    Now, in 10 years I tried many affiliate/CPA programs... for me Amazon.com work fine (1K+/month), https://www.cj.com/‎ is pretty steady but not for beginners I say and some PPD programs if you have some really big traffic numbers (over 100K visits per month).

    If you are in music, video, games or books niche PM me, I can recommend one affiliate program able to generate 10K+/monthly for most websites. You need to have some amount of traffic though...

    Also, did you tried hosting or file upload affiliates, they pay well but also need some stable user base and traffic on specific niche.

    I would probably say Riverbelle's online casino affiliate program. I had a very small problem with them at one point (resolved in a professional manner) which opened an ongoing line of communication with their management. They went out of their way for me on many occasions, even sending me a gift basket worth several hundred dollars when I moved. The relationship I built with them eventually opened the door for a joint venture opportunity to launch a new brand together. Those were the days.

    For me, clickbooth affiliate program is the best. Simply because they have been in the industry for quite sometime now - they are reliable and not just a fly by night company. And the best part is - they never missed out payment.

    I have to say it may depend to the kind of niche you have. One of my site is a travel guide which I get to have more earnings from tripadvisor's affiliate program. For me, Moreniche affiliate program seem to be great for promoting weightloss and health products.
