    I do not want to trick anyone. When I sell it, I'll sell it for what it's worth, and I will make sure the buyer gets the full and true information about what the site will benefit him.
    And now I know it's worth $0 or just a few hundred bucks... if I'm lucky. What could be better to ask for!

    But, I don't understand why you would sell. Why not just work on it and make it better if it is generating revenue?

    Because I need the money to pay some debts and some urgent expenses. Selling it will be the last resort, and it'll be very uneasy to me, but I have to if I eventually run out of options.

    Man, just improve the site and sell some ad space. That would generate more income than selling. If the site had a better UI/UX advertisers would be happy to advertise on it with the metrics.

    Just find a good free template and slap it up and list your site on BuySellAds and see if you can get accepted.

    Yes of course they can be faked. I didn't say anyone should trust any screenshot. That's why I did offer anyone who want's to verify it's true by cooperating with any safe method for him/her to make sure. I personally do not know of a good method. If you'd like to authenticate you are very welcome to, with the way you know best.
