None of em. Popups and popunders turn ppl off your websites because they are annoying. I wouldn't touch them.
I wouldn't recommend pop-up/pop-under advertisements at all. If you received a pop up advertisement while browsing the web, would you stop, read it, and actually visit the site? I honestly wouldn't, and a lot of other people wouldn't either. Maybe try a more effective means of advertising, like banner advertisements?
If you are set on using popups and popunders to advertise use Adversal. Their url is http://adversal.com they don't have any frequency caps so if you run an online arcade or proxy then its a real money maker.
Thanks for the response guys, I hear what you are saying and I agree 100% that popups are bad bad bad but I will be using them wisely so please help me out I will be using them for free stuff that people will want to access regularly no matter how many popups they need to battle
