Well @CrazyBuddy has really given some good sort of trick to get you back but on one thing i am not going to agree with you and that will be Guest Posts, as after the Google penalizing the guest posting network, you really can't rely on the guest post.
Guest posting still works, if you provide value! If your only concern is to put a link back in the author bio....that's another story.
I don't think that after ....... it's a good thing to bet on with the guest posting ! Because with guest posting we always tries to get back link ! I don't thing that there is any other use of it rather than ..... !! Well, I will also agree that yes guest posting is good ! but after all this my trust is somewhat broken with the guest posting.
It doesn't matter whatever PageRank your website have. You must focus on building high authority links first but constantly not in a bulk. Just consider search engines as a human being. Put your best effort, do some research, analyze your audience, target area & competitors carefully.
