    Are you willing to spend money? If the answer is yes, then I believe Long Tail Pro is the best keyword tool. You will be able to easily find what keywords to use on your site, how easy it will be to rank for the given keywords, and how much traffic you can expect to bring if you rank those keywords. Market Samurai is another really good paid option. I believe both of these tools offer free trials so you can test them out first before buying to see if you like them.

    However, if you do not feel like spending money, then there aren't as many options for you. You could always go with the tried and trusted Google Adwords Keywords tool. This is where many of the paid tools get their data from and it can be very powerful if you know how to use it. I would recommend searching for some online guides on how to get the most out of the tool.

    Well, @mahmoodsani Google Keyword Planner is the best research tool available in the market, I don't think that other than Google Keyword Planner tool you can find any other accurate tool. It think you might be getting some usability problem with the Google Keyword planner :)

    Few suggestions:
    - I like to use Google's autocomplete, you can try it on Google of course (start writing broad keywords in search and see what pops up);
    - There is a free tool at ubersuggest(dot)org which does the above for you too if you want to save time;
    - Check local niche blogs/forums and see what terms people are using there;
    - I would still feed all the above into Google's Keyword Planner and make more research there.

    Don't bother with tools as they all pull the results from Google keyword planner.

    Keyword planner is not meant to give you proper keywords for SEO, is used for Adwords. You just need to know how to use it properly and brainstorm different ways on how to use the results provided further.
