You could probably spend an hour - 2, write a few more articles, tack in some adsense ads, and flip it for ~$50+ . Maybe you'll be making a decent amount from adsense, you won't even bother
The problem is with those keywords, they are all low competition, so it means for AdSense there isn't much money in it. As an EMD, it's not much use either. But there are always other alternatives, which I think you are using?! Consider also Amazon Associates, too. My suggestion would be to monetise it, try to find 2-3 affiliate schemes that work well (as well as experimenting with AdSense) and sell it based on income from that. As it stands, about $15.
only .COM is taken but with so low even broad matches and ad competition i see very low values for it. estibot appraised it for $0
